It is all about tabla and Nana Congascelos, basically. Pity that short though informative booklet goes without her picture as I believe she should have been featured. Just like Cohen's and Roxy's sirens and guitar player with Luis Llach who deserved such an exposure. If you enjoy JH works with Eno (and on) you won't be disappointed. Plus fine cover. Matching Larks' Tongues in Aspic. Anybody seen third of this perfect pair?
Excellent music eclipsed perhaps by a more well-known successor. The fluid languor, it can be imagined, is inspired by the training in India. Would have appreciated knowing beforehand that purchasing a US import means that UK customers must visit a warehouse to pick up the goods after paying local VAT, an excess duty charge, a handling charge, and a customs clearance charge. Those charges in this case totalled more that the value of the purchase. Thanks for the warning, Amazon.
